0016383: The text of the mails sent from openbravo does not allow accents or special characters

DescriptionThe text of the mails sent from openbravo does not allow accents or special characters
Steps To Reproduce-Configure the email acccount on Client window (on the header)

-Define an Area of Interest
Master Data Management || Business Partner Setup || Areas of Interest || Areas of Interest

-Add a suscription on the subtab. Select a user and then navigate to the user definition window to define an email for this user

-Define a mail template:
Sales Management || Setup || Mail Template || Mail Template
Add a text containing a message with accents or espcial characters (ñ)

-Go to:
Master Data Management || Send Mail Text || Send Mail Text

-Select the template and area created previously and click ok.

*See that the message received on the mail has incorrect characters instead of accents or special characters.
