0016275: The User Defined Accounting Report does not work in 2.50

DescriptionThe User Defined Accounting Report does not work in 2.50.

Steps To Reproduce-In an application create an organization using the spanish accounting file.
-Download the script to use ECPN from sourceforge:
http://switch.dl.sourceforge.net/project/openbravo/04-openbravo-accounting/2.50,%202.40%20and%202.35/ECPN%2BEFE.zip [^]
-Execute the script fro 2.50 in oracle to create the ECPN report
-Go to Financial Management || Accounting || Analysis Tools || User Defined Accounting Report || User Defined Accounting Report and execute the report.
*you get an error with:

ERROR: no existe la columna «1000003» en carácter 896

Follow the steps to reprocue

Only a parameter of the select has been modified to add simple quotes (') in the org list to make the report compatible with new uuids used in 2.50 release.
In 2.40 it was working perfect becuase the id's where numbers, so quotes were not needed
