0016265: Cancel button on select Project Type is not working

Description

The cancel button in the 'Select Project Type' popup doesn't work in Chrome/Chromium.

Steps To Reproduce

* Open the 'Project Type' process
* Click in 'Cancel' button (It doesn't do anything)

Proposed Solution

Use the closePage() function defined in utils.js
