0016203: 3.0RC4: US Accounting Schema does not appear in accounting selector

Description

The US Accounting schema is not selectable in the account selector in the accounting tab of a product (field product revenue)

see steps to reproduce for details and the screenshot

Steps To Reproduce

# First you create a new account in the chart of accounts
Go to the Account Tree screen, to the [Element Value] tab
Create a new record

    * Organization = F&B US, Inc.,
    * Search Key = 40001,
    * Name = Alcohol Revenue,
    * Summary Level checkbox = not selected,
    * Element Level = Subaccount,
    * Account Type = Revenue,
    * Account Sign = Credit,
    * Element Shown checkbox = selected,
    * Save the record

Position in the folder 4000 - Revenue, underneath the account 4100

# Go to the Product screen
Select product Lager Beer
# Go to the [Accounting] tab
Click the selector for the field Product Revenue
# In the pop up screen select:
Accounting combination = blank
Organization = F&B US, Inc.
Account: here you click the selector. The Accounting schema is defaulting to the F&B International Group US/A/Euro and can not be updated
