0016165: 3.0RC4: number of completed sales order remains in <> when create through a quotation

Description

I created a sales order via a quotation and after completion, the sales order number remained in brackets. See screenshot.

Steps To Reproduce

Using F&B US, Inc. - Sales role:

   1. Go to the Sales Order screen
      Enter a new record
      Organization = F&B US West Coast,
      Transaction Document = US Quotation
      Order Date = today's date,
      Business Partner = Sleep Well Hotels, Co.,
      Sales Representative = John Smith,
      Warehouse = US West Coast,
      Price List = General Sales,
      Currency = USD,
      Payment Method = Wire Transfer,
      Payment Terms = 30 Days,
      Save the record
   2.Click the Copy Lines button
   3. Select the product Orange Juice Bio
          * Quantity = 20,
          * Click the OK button
   4. Click the Complete button, click the OK button
   5. The result:
          * The document status is Under Way
   6. Change the Transaction Document to US Standard Order
      Save the record
   7. Click the Complete button, click the OK button
