0015925: The page number should appear in the P&L report

DescriptionWhen printing the P&L report, note that the page number does not appear. The page number should appear in the P&L report the same than the rest of the financial reports.
Steps To Reproduce- Financial Management || Accounting || Analysis Tools || Balance sheet and P&L structure
- Print the P&L report

The page number does not apper

Fixes issue 0015925: The page number should appear in the balance sheet report
Fixes issue 0015926: The page number should appear in the P&L report
It has been added a new field in the "Balance sheet and P&L structure"
form to set the page number in the report. The report has been modified to show
the page number.
