0015799: in account selector, accounting schema selected is not correct

Description

If you have got two accounting schemas (A and B), in
Master Data Management || Business Partner Setup || Business Partner Category || Business Partner Category >> Accounting
if only exists a record of schema A, if you create a new record to the schema B, open the account selector, if you try select an account of schema B, it is not posible, the accounts are filtered by schema A

Steps To Reproduce

. two accounting schemas (A and B)
. Master Data Management || Business Partner Setup || Business Partner Category || Business Partner Category >> Accounting
. only exists a record to schema A
. new record
  . select schema B
  . open account combination selector of Customer Receivables No.
  . open account selector
   Accounting schema selected is A
