0015510: Edit view shows an error in Financial Account || Transactions tab

DescriptionEdit view shows an error in Financial Account || Transactions tab
The button should be removed (see issue 14299) because Edit view doesn't make sense in this particular tab.
Steps To Reproduce1) Go to Financial Account window and create new Financial Account
2) Go to Transactions tab
3) Click on the Edit (pen icon) button in the toolbar.
