Summary

0015345: Workspace Widget state storing behavior: some issues

DescriptionThe widget state storing behavior is a bit unexpected in some flows:
1) Default widgets (out of the box: News, Forge and Events) can be deleted by return at the next login. Desired behavior: they do not re-appear. Or: if they can´t be deleted: show the message "you cant delete this one etc."
2) The same applies for the forced widgets (as published by the sys admin). In this case I recommend that the user can´t delete them, so will receive the the message "you cant delete this one etc."
3) The System Administrator role only can publish widgets for SYSTEM and not for roles. Is this intentional?
4) Other roles (such as Sales) can publish widgets for other roles, such as Purchase. Is this intentional?
5) The order in the layout is not stored on re-login. This should be managed by the user, even for the mandatory widgets. Right now, the behavior is unexpected: some positions are kept, others are not.
Steps To ReproduceJust play around a bit in RC3 with deleting, adding and moving widgets and switching different roles and logging in and out.
