0015112: Appearance problems in ReportAgingBalance report

Description* Report's title is different from its Menu's entry and does not make reference to that is showing payment elements. Report's title should be "Payment Aging Balance" instead of "Payment Aging Balance Report". Title should be also changed for Spanish Translation
* Label "Business Partner" uses different font than rest of similar labels. It should appear also in Bold.

Fixed bug 15112: Appearance problems in ReportAgingBalance report

Changed PDF report title to "Payment Aging Balance"
The Business Partner font has been also changed
