0015091: Add posibility to mark xsql-files or SqlMethod within them as deprecated

DescriptionThe possibility to mark whole xsql-files or individual methods as deprecated (and to transfer that info to the generated java classes) would be useful to let developers know to not use some file anymore which we cannot directly delete as we need to keep the api stable.

Proposed Solutionadd a new attribute on SqlClass and/or SqlMethod level to be able to mark those as deprecated and replicate that information into the generated java files.
