0014916: Search in Multiphase Project and in Service Project are not usable

DescriptionYou can only search by "Business Partner" which is not a mandatory field and can be empty. You should be able to search for, at least, Search Key and Name.
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to Project & Service Management || Transactions || Multiphase Project || Multiphase Project or Project & Service Management || Transactions || Service Project || Service Project and press "Search" button

Fixes issue 14916: Search in Multiphase Project and in Service Project are not usable

Solution:
Search Key and Name fields have been added in search window for Multiphase Project and Service Project

 Steps to test:

1. Log on to Openbravo with Admin role
2. Go to Project & Service Management || Transactions || Multiphase Project || Multiphase Project
3. Click Search button
4. Verify if Search Key and Name fields are available in search window
5. Go to Project & Service Management || Transactions || Multiphase Project || Service Project
6. Click Search button
7. Verify if Search Key and Name fields are available in search window
