0014615: APR. "Smart" re-distribution of the amounts in the Add Payment window + Show value for Unallocated Amount.

DescriptionAdd javascript logic to automatically distribute amounts as we flag/unflag details of a payment and add an unallocated amount field to always know the exact amount that remains unallocated.
