0014369: Read-only logic for Reference Search Key field has been removed

Description

Read-only logic for Reference Search Key field has been removed in Application Dictionary || Tables and Columns || Table >> Column

Steps To Reproduce

1) Logged with System Administrator role, navigate to Application Dictionary || Tables and Columns || Table >> Column
2) See that Reference Search Key drop-down field is always displayed, not only for values of Reference drop-down field "List", "Table", "Button" and "Search" as it used to be with display logic @AD_Reference_ID@=17 | @AD_Reference_ID@=18 | @AD_Reference_ID@=30 | @AD_Reference_ID@=28
