| Description | When editing textfields, on r2.35 if I press Ctrl+Backspace, all text at cursor left is deleted. On r2.40.3855 is taken as a regular Backspace and previous window is loaded back. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Enter a window for editing. As example, using a System Administrator, enter Initial Client Setup 2. Put focus on a textfield, as Client Name. Put cursor on rightmost part of the text. Press Ctrl+Backspace. On r2.35 the field goes blank. On r2.40.3855, main screen is showed. | |||||||

Good catch. This is a bug introduced in the fucntional specifciation I wrote. I was not aware of the standard behavior of CTRL+Backspace (which, by the way, does not clean the full input but only the last word - i.e up to the previous space). It probably is not a very useful functionality but I guess somebody out there might be very fond of its usage and complain if we loose. I propose to: 1) Change the specs to use CTRL+Shift+Backspace to go back 2) Change the code 3) Close the bug |
