0014097: The field Approval Amount must be hidden

DescriptionThe field Approval Amount (General Setup || Security || Role) must be hidden because its functionallity is not implemented.

In the Help window we can see the following description of the field:

The Approval Amount field indicates the amount limit this Role has for approval of documents.
Steps To Reproduce- As Openbravo Admin go to General Setup || Security || Role
- Select Openbravo Admin
     - Approval Amount: 100
- Go to Procurement Management || Transactions || Purchase Order
- Create a order:
     - Total net amount: 200
- Realize that it is possible to complete it

 Steps to Test:
*Now this field is removed from the screen.

Root Cause:
*Still the Functionality is not implemented.

Impact:
*Their is no impact because of this fix.
