0014071: Wrong behaviour when we have a good shipment with 'Description only' checked

DescriptionThere is a transaction if we complete a good shipment with 'Description only' checked.
Steps To Reproduce- As Openbravo Admin go to Sales Management || Transactions || Goods Shipment
- Create a new record, go to lines:
   - Check 'Description only'
   - Product: paint
- Complete the good shipment

- Go to Master Data Management || Product
- Select paint
- Go to 'Transaction'
- Realize that there has been a transaction.

- Go back to the good shipment and void it.
- Go to good shipment created to void the last one.
- Realize that the good shipment has 'Description only' unchecked and there has been another transaction.

 Steps To Test:

*Create a Goods Shipment with Description Only field checked in the Lines.
*Complete the above created shipment ,now their wont be any transaction are updated in the product transaction tab.
*Similarly when we void the shipment also.

Root Cause:
*Before their wont any condition is checked for the Description Only field while adding to the transaction table.

Impact
*In Goods Receipt is also checked.
