0013731: Cashbook accounting tab: Trigger is not working well

Description

The ad_org_tree is not taking into dependencies for the whole branch, I mean, from up to down

This is the scenario:

(*)
|------Main (COA spain)
          |
          |-----Spain
          |-----USA (COA of USA)

If I create a cash book for USA, in the accounting tab is just inserting the COA of USA but it should insert the COA of Spain as well

The same happens but it is even worse when you create a cash book for Spain because it's not inserting the COA of Spain

Steps To Reproduce

Create this scenario:

|------Main (COA spain)
          |
          |-----Spain
          |-----USA (COA of USA)

1. Go to Financial management->Receivables and payables->Setup
2. Create a cash book for organization Spain. Save. Move to Accounting tab and realized that there is no data. There should be a record for the COA of Spain
3. Create a cash book for organization USA. Save. Move to accounting tab and realized that there is only one record and it is the one for COA of USA, but there should be one more the one for COA Spain
