0013389: Incorrect number format on Invoice Taxes Report

DescriptionThe amount's format is incorrect. The format is 4957.80 when it must be 4.957,80
Steps To Reproduce- As Openbravo Admin go to Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Analysis Tools || Invoice Taxes Report
- From date: 01-01-2000; To date: 31-12-2010.
- Select Purchase transaction
- Click 'Html Format'
- Realize that amount's formats are incorrect

 Steps to Reproduce:

* Go to "Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Analysis Tools || Invoice Taxes Report ".
*From date: 01-01-2000; To date: 31-12-2010.
*Click 'Html Format' button.

Root Cause:

*NumberFormat is not applied to the total amount.

Impact:

*Their is no impact because of this change set.
