| Description | Make Payment and Receipt Payment windows have many read only fields when a new payment is being created. Those fields should become read only only when the payments are processed. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | go to "Procurement Management || Transactions || Make Payment || Header" and create a new record. Only Document Type and Currency should be read only on Payment Pending status. When the payment is processed all fields should be read only. | |||||||
