0012898: In Make payment window, in BP selector window customer radio is selected by default.

DescriptionIn Make payment window, BP selector window customer radio is selected by default instead of Vendor. Because of this not able to select the BP by entering the search key i the BP field.
Steps To Reproducenavigate to Make payment window
Click new
Click the BP icon
Check Customer Radio button is selected instead of Vendor radio button.
