0012794: It is not possible to cancel a payment with witholding

DescriptionWhen a payment with withholding is cancelled, this message appears:

Error:
The amounts of the Canceled not charge and Generated amount for Witholding do not match
    
        
The problem is that there is no possibility to cancel withholding amount. In cancelled payment, there is no field for it.
Steps To ReproduceCreate a new withholding in Master Data Management || Business Partner Setup || Withholding. Set as Rate, 10.
Go to Master Data Management || Business Partner.
Select one BP, such as McGiver.
Go to Withholding tab.
Select the previous withholding and save.
Go to Procurement Management || Transactions || Purchase Invoice.
Create a new register.
Select McGiver, as BP. Also, select the withholding created in the combo.
Go to Line tab.
Create a new register with a product.
Go back to Header, and complete it.
Go to Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Transactions || Settlement.
Create a new register.
Press "Create lines from". Search.
Check the payment created in purchase invoice and set the total amount in "Cancelled".
Press OK.
Complete it.

 After talking to support team, it was a missconfiguration on their side, and bug is closed.
