0012714: maxlength is not taked into account when introducing a comma as decimal separator

DescriptionWith Format.xml set as the comma "," is the decimal separator, maxlength property of the input is not taked into account while introducing "," with the numeric keyboard
Steps To ReproduceOpen Format.xml and set
decimal="," grouping="."
all the fields.

Make an install.source

Go to Master Data Management || Business Partner || Business Partner

Go to "Consumption Days" field

You can see that you are able to write up to 10 characters... but if the 10 characters are written and you press the numerical keyboard dot "." a new comma is added (which is wrong, since the 10 characters limit is reached)
