Summary

0012501: If Heartbeat is not enabled, installing a single module won't work

DescriptionI scan for updates, getting several updates to install. However, I would like to install only Core. Since Heartbeat is not active, I am asked to activate it. On next screen, I am prompted to install all the available updates.
Steps To Reproduce1. Turn off a machine with active Heartbeat, in a way next beat were not sent.
2. Turn on the machine and scan for updates. You get a list of modules to update.
3. Choose only one module (by clicking the Install Now link in the Description area.
4. Since Heartbeat is not active now, a popup asking for activation is shown.
5. Click ok to activate hearbeat
6. Next screen will show every available update to be installed, not only the selected one.

 Verified that even if there were more than one module with updates available, only the one I selected was installed.
