0012301: Auto-close purchase order

Description

Purchase orders have to be closed manually after goods receipt. Especially for wholesalers this is a tedious and time-consuming task. It also poses a risk since non-closed purchase orders are included in the purchasing plan. This can lead to overbuying.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create purchase order for MRP relevant purchasing material

2. Goods receipt on purchase order

3. Run purchasing plan for material, see order still there. Ooops, have to close order.

4. Go to purchase order, close order.

5. Step in the shoes of a buyer of a major company and repeat the above steps 50 times per day. Wait till you screw up and/or get tedious of closing the purchase order.

Proposed Solution

Add option in configuration to close purchase order after goods receipt automatically when goods receipt qty is within xx% of ordered qty. When I save goods receipt % is checked and if OK then purchase order is closed.
