0012039: Automatic Process to Set up the Invoice Register

The set up Invoice Register is a manual process that is very tedious. The consultant has to waste a lot of time to set up it.
The consultant has to record manually in the “VAT Tax Rate” tab as many items as VAT tax rate and documents type the user need to use into the Invoice Register Book.

Proposed Solution

It would be very necessary to create a simple process in the “Invoice Register Book” header where the consultant can select the document type that want to configure and this process creates automatically the items in the tab based on the following logic:

•If the field “Type” = R – Received (for Purchase Tax Book), then the process has to select all the tax rates that are configured with the field “Tax Book Type” = Purchase Tax Book.
•If the field “Type” = E –Issued Sales (for Sales Tax Book), then the process has to select all the tax rates that are configured with the field “Tax Book Type” = Sales Tax Book.

Because it is very complicated, the setter has to spend a lot of time on this process. And I think there needs to be a legitimate solution to avoid this situation from spreading.
