0011289: Parameterization of scheduled processes

DescriptionWhen a new process is defined in the application dictionary, it is possible to create parameters for the process which are evaluated by the user at the time the process is invoked. This is not possible if the process is scheduled.
A mechanism to set parameters for scheduled processes would be nice to have.
