0010625: User interface issue: Not clear why I can not install a module

DescriptionI tried to install a module, and I get a window with an incoherent message. I was also asked "Do you want to continue installing the following module(s)?" but only available action is "Cancel"
      
Error:
Modulo de Prueba-1.0.0 dependens on module "" in version "2.50.13915", max available version "2.50.0000". Modulo de Prueba-1.0.0 dependens on module "" in version "2.50.13915", max available version "2.50.0000".
Steps To Reproduce1. Using an OCE with Heartbeat enabled go to Central Repository and try to download the "Modulo de Prueba" module.
2. You will get the incoherent message. Note also the question made and the only possible action. See attach.

 Messages from CR regarding dependencies should be completely reviewed.

 Pushed up priority as this needs fixing asap. Not only does it *not* give you a choice (while pretending to do so), it also is written in totally indecipherable language (what compelled us to believe that anyone would actually understand what it says?), the rendering is totally broken (what about these red bars sticking out on either side?) and the style is in 2.50 where we have 3.0 around for about a year now. Oh, did I mention the typos? It is dependant, not "dependens".

Please...!
