0009751: Print error with '&' symbol for payments.printHost() in tickets

Description

In every ticket where ${payments.printHost()} is used you will get and error if it contains an '&' symbol.

Warning: Cannot print receipt.
com.openbravo.pos.printer.TicketPrinterException:
Analysis error. Invalid XML file.

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException:
The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference.

Steps To Reproduce

In configuration > Cash Register > Name:
enter D & G
exit program.

Run program and close cash.

Error reported above and nothing printed.
