0053044: Make use of the new HttpClientManager

DescriptionThe new HttpClientManager introduced with 0052839 allows to use HttpClient instances in an efficient by easing the reuse of those instances. It should now be used in those places where we are directly using HttpClient API:

- HttpExternalSystem
- OAuth2AuthorizationProvider
