0037137: Intrastat breaks Products window

DescriptionWhen installing Intrastat in Pristine17Q3 the "Characteristic Configuration" tab appears inside the "Intrastat" tab in the "Product" window but it should appear below the "Characteristic" tab.

When a product is selected on the list, the "Characteristic Configuration" tab disappears from "Intrastat" but it doesn't appear in the "Characteristic" one.

This disrupts the correct behaviour of that functionality.
Steps To Reproduce1- Install Intrastat module in a Pristine17Q3
2- Navigate to "Product" window.
3- Without selecting any product from the list click on "Intrastat" tab and verify that "Characteristic Configuration" tab appears below.
4- Select any product from the "Product" tab list.
5- Verify that the "Characteristic Configuration" tab disappears from "Intrastat" tab and it doesn't appear where it should.
Proposed SolutionChange the sequence number of the "Intrastat" tab to a different value, for example: 125 or 145.

Fixes Issue 37137:Intrastat breaks Products window

Characteristics and Characteristics Configuration Tab have parent child
level with sequence 130 and 140 respectively. Intrastat Tab level is
changed from 131 to 200 so that it does not appears in between.
