0027129: Inventory can be processed when the product is reserved and allocated

DescriptionInventory can be processed when the product is reserved and allocated.
Steps To Reproduce- Create a product with attribute lot assigned
- Create a physical inventory. Quantity 10
- Create a sales order with automatic reservation. Quantity: 10
- Generate picking list. This moves the reservation to allocated
- Create a new physical inventory to reduce the stock from 10 to 5
- Process it, the system allows it.
