0018409: ad_treenodepr entries should be migrated to ad_treenode when upgrading from 2.50 to 3.00

Descriptionad_treenodepr entries should be migrated to ad_treenode when upgrading from 2.50 to 3.00 as this is the table that is used for the product tree.
Steps To Reproduceupgrade to 3.00 and realize that all the previous entries in ad_treenodepr are not in ad_treenode.
