0016381: It should be possible choice another option in 'Generate Payments' (Payment proporsal)

DescriptionIn this moment you can only group payments by partner, it should be possible choice if you don't want group payments.
Steps To Reproduce- As Openbravo Admin go to Payment Proposal
- Click 'Generate Payments'
- Realize that there is only one option: 'Group separate payments for the same vendor into one payment'
