0016089: Obtain info message when settlement C is automatically generated

DescriptionIt will be nice to obtain info message when settlement C is automatically generated, when processing an invoice which payment fits with pending payment of same BP and amount. In case there are several possibilities user will be able to verify that settlement is correct.
