Summary0009879: Reset Accounting popup window does not close if we click the close button
DescriptionClick the Close button of the Reset accounting popup window after the process completed successfully. But it was not closed.
Steps To Reproduce    * Login as userA
    * Go to General setup->Application->Background process
    * Click the Deactivate link for the PeriodicAcctServer process to deactivate
    * Go to Financial management->Accounting->Transactions->Reset accounting
    * Select the correct Client
    * No tables selected
    * "Delete existing Accounting Entries" marked
    * Click OK
* Process completed successfully message will appear with the "Close" button.
* If you click the "Close" button it won't close.

Tested, close button now response to mouse click
