| Summary | 0009658: Error message need to be fine tune in multiphase project |
| Description | Error message need to be fine tune in multiphase project, when we click the copy details button after we enter an search key which is already used and the name field.

| Steps To Reproduce | Move to Project & Service Management || Transactions || Multiphase Project || Multiphase Project and click new.
2) enter the search key which is already used for another Multiphase project and also enter the Name field and click Save button.
System rightly shows the error message as " ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "c_project_value"
3) But when i click the button Copy details button the system throws error message as " ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "c_project_value" in a separate dialog window.
