Summary0009393: Physical Inventory: ability to have a blank Physical Inventory count list

Currently the Physical Inventory lines screen indicates the current stock level. However, several students (including the new Partner from Albania last week) that they would require a count list without stock information.
The reason is that that way the counters are forced to really count the stock, instead of otherwise running risk that the stock quantities are being signed off for instead of being actually counted.
Steps To Reproduce
Proposed SolutionHave the possibility on the 'create inventory count list' process in the header, to put the quantities on the count list to blank spaces.
