Does the backup storage contain backups of only that installation and version? How many does is keep?

I cannot reproduce this, tested on 2.35MP11 and 2.35MP13. Are you absolutely sure that the backup drive only includes backups of that version?

We are going to check if other applications are doing the backups in the same place

Dear Partner,
We have reproduce the problem in a client but in this case in the 2.40
release. In this case happen if we are using samba to do the backups

I have accessed the client machine and I've noticed that they were using the oldest version possible. So I've manually updated the raa_service.conf file to use http instead of https. After doing this I've launched a manual backup, and it has removed the other backups that should not be there. So that was the problem.

Anyway, it is strongly recommended that they upgrade to the latest version.
