Summary | 0009279: Syncronization with Openbravo POS doesn't work correctly with non-sample products. |
Description | The KETTLE syncronisation fails an PRODUCTS job after new products have been added to Openbravo ERP. The KETTLE logs throw a HTTP 500 error when getting ExternalPos data through web services.
The fault seems to occur at the same time as https://issues.openbravo.com/view.php?id=9275 [^] issue. |

Hi, this issue seems duplicated of 0009275. Once 0009275 is resolved, please try its fix. If it does not solve your problem, just re-open this issue.

I've fixed the issue and will post the code in a couple of days, (it has to do with confusing varchar ID's with integer ones. But the problem with sync still persists. |

The syncronization fails when running ATTRIBUTES and INVENTORY kettle jobs. |

Openbravo provides community support only for the latest Openbravo version, which is Openbravo 3. This version has significantly improved financial flow, filtering, performance, etc and this issue is not present there. Upgrade path from Openbravo 2.50 to latest Openbravo version is available so we recommend to upgrade your instance to get this issue fixed.
