Until you fill the filters and click print, the report shouldn't be shown
Steps To Reproduce-Go to Financial managemente>Accounting>Analysis tools>General Ledger Journal Report
-See that when is oppening the report the report is executed automatically and it shouldn't.

Tested working fine.
