DescriptionIn the General Ledger Report if one partner is selected in the filter, and no accounts (From Account, To account), the reports shows all partners. Not only the one selected
Steps To ReproduceGo to Financial Management > Accounting > Analysis Tools > General Ledger Report.

Enter From date, and To date.
Select one business partner.
Not fill From account and To account combo boxes.

This bug was solved with the fix to the bug 0008500, that was backported to 2.40, but not to 2.35. Now backport of fix of 0008500 has been backported to 2.35.
