DescriptionIn the General Ledger Report if one partner is selected in the filter, and no accounts (From Account, To account), the reports shows all partners. Not only the one selected
Steps To ReproduceGo to Financial Management > Accounting > Analysis Tools > General Ledger Report.

Enter From date, and To date.
Select one business partner.
Not fill From account and To account combo boxes.

Does not reproduce in current 2.40 branch so no backport is required.

No change is required in pi source code since the defect does not reproduce there. Backport 0009211 to 2.3x maintenance branch remains open, where it does reproduce.
