Summary0009135: A requisition can be created with quantity 0
DescriptionProcurement Management || Transactions || Requisition || Header >> Lines

When entering a Requisition you can enter a zero amount. This doesn't make sense to me, why would you want a zero amount on a document that is just used internal in the company.
Steps To ReproduceCreate a new requisition, move to lines and enter 0 as quantity. Save.
Proposed SolutionChange so that only positive amounts can be entered on a Requisition

Tested, system not allowing the user to enter zero and negative quantities
