Summary0008840: Fixed checkbox in Alert management form, is not well formed when it is checked
DescriptionIn Alert management form, when "Fixed" option is checked (in the grid), is not aligned with "Active".

Please, see the attached file
Steps To ReproduceCreate a new Alert.
Go to Alert management.
Press find.
(It is mandatory to have at least one record in the grid)
Press Fixed checkbox.
