0008741: Print formats do not work
After doing a new Initial Client Setup and modeling the organizations, when printing some documents that have been previously created and registered into the system, the following error appears: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 0

The print formats that are not working properly are the following:
  - Sales order
  - Sales invoice
  - Purchase order
  - Purchase invoice

In order to reproduce the error follow these steps:
1.- Go to Sales Order, Sales Invoice, Purchase Order or Purchase Invoice
2.- Select one existing document
3.- Press the Print icon
4.- See the error specified above
