I've seen the same behavior in openbravo 2.40 also.

Due to the low impact of the bug while using the application it is going to be fixed only in "pi" to avoid breaking stable branches.

The next fix could not run ok because I was not able to reproduce the bug. I have fix it blindly ('a ciegas')

Fixed bug 8647: Now if the menu is loaded into the appFrame, it reload itself to the Home page
