Summary0008533: Date values must be checked in Multi Phase project
DescriptionDate values Starting Date, Ending Date, Contract Date must be checked in Multi Phase project.
Steps To Reproduce# Login as Openbravo/openbravo and change the role as Openbravo Admin.
# Go to Project & Service Management->Transactions->Multiphase Project
# Click New and fill:

    * Search Key: cca
    * Name: Consultancy
Save the record.
# Enter the Starting Date, Contract Date, Ending Date as 01-01-0000. While entering the dates it shows "The value entered is not valid".
# But if we save with that date values it got saved and the date field is automatically changed into 01-01-0001
