0008440: Requisition to order, lines are shown uncorrectly if there are several lines

Description

If there are several lines to be processed, they are not shown properly.
In fact, no style is used and "Add" and "Remove" buttons are not shown correctly as well (please see the attached file)

Steps To Reproduce

Go to Requisition window. Create a new one.
Create about 20 lines.
Complete it.
Go to Requisition to Order form.
Find lines.
