Issue 1: In Offers Report the result are not well formed

Issue 2: when i place the mouse pointer over the HTML Format button, in the status bar it shows 'View Results in New window' but the results are displayed in the same page instead of new page

Steps To Reproduce
Proposed SolutionBy the moment, just apply standard Openbravo ERP look and feel to the report.

Report displaying in a anew page will be addressed in feature request 0004493
